Are you sick because you broke her heart? Or because you feel guilty about it? Because you’ll always feel the guilt. As far as your true love, hopefully she will find someone who will treat her better. That will heal her broken heart.

Yes!!! You will definitely get over this. Think back to other times in your life when things were tough, those moments were hard but that passed. Give yourself time and talk to friends and family.. Talking it out helps… yu get sick of talking about it after a while.
I am not sure if it heals everything, but with time its easier to move on and you can deal with stuff better, there are however some things that time, no matter how much time you get it just doesn’t help. I am sure that time will heal your broken heart though
The hurt, guilt heals but you never-ever forget. Even 20 years down the track sometimes you think about it, going over how you should have done differently. Of course, in hindsight it is easy, you’ll know so much more through life experience. For now, don’t mull over it, don’t torture yourself, unless you can undo it. If not, try to live without driving yourself crazy.
It sometimes will heal if you don’t dwell on the negatives
