Time is the only thing that can mend it. Try forgetting about him.

What I like to do after a break up is try to improve myself. I get a facial, mani, pedi, haircut and whiten my teeth. Always makes me feel better.

Time. It will take lots of time. Be sure to keep yourself busy on fun things that you like to do and before you know it he will be a thing of the past.

theres no real quick way to do it just take it day by day and do the things you love to do and stay around the ppl who care you will get around it eventually, just give yourself time

well really the only thing that works is to forget about it by distracting urself in many ways like going out with friends, and meeting new guys and dating too

erase all memories of what brought on the broken heart. throw away photos, letters, etc….
keep busy doing things to keep your mind off the person.
begin volunteering for the needy so you’ll have your mind on helping others…..which brings happiness to you knowing you have done something great.
    time will heal all wounds…….

be with friends, go out and have fun. live it up. pick up extra things at school, like a sport, join a gym anything as long as it keeps you busy. it gets better in time, trust me. :)

I just recently broke up. You have to convince yourself it’s all for the better. It’ll always mend itself, and there’s always someone better out there. I know it’s tough, and it might take a while to finally think positive about the future, but again, it’s all for the better. Maybe get distracted. Take up a hobby or go out with a bunch of friends. Spending time alone may feel like the only thing you can do, but it just leaves time for thinking. Get occupied!

    Oh, and yes. Chocolate dahling!

    Good luck!

This book was helpful to me and I overcame my sadness and longing feelings that I suffered for over a 1 year. It’s not full of time will heal all wounds or eating chocolate crap but contains solid techniques and ways to view relationships that will get you detached quickly. Hope it helps you like it did me.
