What should i do when my ex best friend is talking behind my back?

Story:
Well we were 3 best friends me, America(enemy), and my other friend Miriam. Well we all write notes to each other and America (the enemy) wrote this letter to Miriam and i started reading it with her n she was talking behind my back so i stopped hanging out with them then like 3 or 4 week past by then Miriam moved. So now America is a loner with my little small nerdy friend (their nerds now) and they talk crap behind my back, so my question is what should i do to get revenge.

Ooh, it’s awful when best friends backstab you, isn’t it? I think you should tell America and the new girl she hangs out with how you’ve been feeling and talk to them about the gossip you’ve heard them dishing to each other. Maybe if you can work through it, you guys can all be friends and be kind to everyone going forward, but if not…still be friendly with everyone but make new pals you can be closer with. Also, why not reconnect with Miriam, since it sounds like you guys should probably catch up and she wasn’t really doing the badmouthing? Talk to her about how you felt when you read that letter America sent and ask her what she thought, but don’t do it as a way of slamming America, just casually work it out without hurting anybody so you all can be close again. No matter what they say, though, I think it’s also time to get more involved and meet some new pals to turn to. You don’t deserve friends who trash you and treat you badly, but you can also never have too many friends, so reach out to people and make friends. Be careful who you deeply trust, but love everyone, don’t care what anyone thinks (but still care about them; there’s a difference) and those you can trust throw your heart into those friendships. Cherish them, talk to them, and share the confidence with them that they deserve. They’ll appreciate it. Just keep you chin up, honey, and good luck to all of you! You can do it!
