How can I help my best friend get her ex boyfriend back that she misses?

Okay so my best friend and her boy friend broke up this summer and she really misses him can someone help me
Okay I guess they did Break up 4 a reason he said "there relationship was to long but i think he needed a break there friends and all and I can see he still likes her because he shows signs and she wants me to do it 4 her because she thinks i can work it out

Okay, it’s a really really really bad idea to try inserting yourself in any way in her relationships, including especially "ex" relationships. They broke up for a reason – so don’t be trying to get involved, or I can guarantee you it will blow up in your face. Just be her friend, and help keep her busy.
There’s not a lot either of you can do to get him back. Just go places with her and have fun.
They broke up for a reason, if they want to get back together it’s entirely up to them to work it out. You sound like a good friend, but in this case I advice you to just be there for her & let her sort this out.
Why did they break up in the first place? If it was something serious then I would seriously reconsider helping her get her ex back. If it wasn’t something serious, and they just broke up because of a silly spat, then I’d probably try and get her to make contact with him. Communication is key to relationships, apologizing etc. However, saying that, it’s not good for anyone, including yourself, to get involved with someone elses relationship, it can cause problems. Leave her to her own problems.
Thats what happens when people break up, ofcourse she is going to miss him and all that, maybe she could try talking to him and telling him how she feels, but if it wasnt meant to be then maybe she just needs some time to get over him. Just be supportive of her and keep her occupied.
The best thing that she can do is to go to him and say lets just be good friends. He will not feel cornered. I bet in no time at all he will want her to be his girl again. Some guys break up with the girls because the girls are trying to get all their time and guys like time to be with their guy friends too. Girls get controlling and guys don’t like it.
