Getting over an ex..help?
My ex boyfriend and I were together about 10 months. He dumped me over a month ago. He really broke my heart, and ever since then i’ve just been depressed. Im trying to get over him but i see him almost everyday at school , and he’s always looking at me when he sees me. Like today he did that and i texted him asking him what his problem is and why he’s looking at me but he said he doesn’t know what I’m talking about, and he asked me why would he be looking at me. Im always thinking about him and thinking what it would be like if we didn’t break up, looking at his myspace page, and listening to sad music that reminds me of him. I know its dumb and its just hurting me but i can’t stop. Im trying to get over him but i don’t know how and i don’t know what to do anymore.
I’ve also been trying to find someone new , but that’s not working out and i don’t understand why either. I need advice. I just want this to end. I’m sick of feeling like this. What should I do?

I honestly think he’s no complete over you, but doesn’t want to be with you. He wants to start new, but you’ll be there in the back of his mind. Especially when you were together for so long. The longer a guy is in a relationship, the harder it is for us to get over a girl.
And as far as getting it to end, it won’t fully end. I still think about one or two of my exes when listening to sad songs or when I see them pop up on myspace or facebook. I don’t foret them. You just have to remember that they put you on the path you are going. They’re the past and yes, you’ll have feelings for them still, but you will just learn to be stronger and not to make the same mistake twice.
its not dumb or stupid atall!! i know how u must feel, i think back to when me and my bf had been together 10 months and if he left me then i would feel exactly the same, but what i would have done is delete his number, myspace, facebook everything, and start new. if he went to my school i would just ignore him completely, dont let him know it gets to you when he looks at you, thats what he wants, attention! its not someone new that you need, its your friends and family for now, and in time u will find someone else. good luck chick, it must be so hard to get over, and it feels like u never will, but its gonna happen
