Did you ever try to get back with an ex boyfriend you broke up with?

How long before you contacted them? Did you sting them along for a bit? What was the situtation?

Was that ever a mistake.
It was actually several years but I only stopped by to say hello. He misunderstood and I was vain enough to be flattered. So it took a couple of weeks to realize why I had broken up with him in the first place. And that was it. I ran and never regretted it.
Sounds as if you are irritated with him and would like to get together just to end it again. If you’re trying to teach him a lesson, he may just be using the opportunity to return the dumping.
If you are serious, perhaps it would be better to set some ground rules together to avoid the same problems as before.
Is it worth the time and energy if you really don’t want to get together again? Wouldn’t you rather just move on?
Yea…me and my ex break up ALL the time. I usually ignore his calls, when he calls to make him kkind of antsy, which just makes him want to call more…which i guess is string him along, but usually we are back together within a week.
