how to do a modern day sonnet poem about love but with a twist?please help me?

   if your goal is to write this poem while being optimistic, than portray the happy side of love. For example, make it so that your glad to be in love. like your happy to see the person that your in love with. make this person the object of your affection. love is something to cherish, not something to be sad about. even when it hurts it should make you happy to know that you’re able to have loved someone at all.

   love at an older age..people are living so much longer, go with that concept and reveal to the younger ones that old love is just as captivating, invigorating, and awe inspiring as young love!

   The twist could end in a rhyming last two lines of your proposed sonnet:

   But we must love each other honey
   Let’s share our toys and money.
