What is the best tactics for getting back an ex?

from experience, what has worked the best, by the way this is for someone who has "lost interest" know what I mean? or well getting an ex back in anyway will help, please list which things worked best and which made things even worse, thank you very much ahead of time!

    I would stop any communication for a while. Do not cry or apologize. Keep yourself collected, even a little cold if you wish. I don’t know why but that always worked for me. It seems that your ex thinks that you are getting over them and they start to be the one calling, texting, etc.

    The worst thing you can do is beg or constantly apologize to your ex. Things like that will push them away.

    There are a few things you can do that work really well. I read an article that explained exactly what you should do.

    You can get your ex back. Many people including a friend of mine have done this.

    You need to do some things and avoid some other things to increase the chances of getting your ex back.

    Play hard to get.
    Be a good friend.
    Don’t act desperate!
    Find a way to convince THEM that they want YOU back, not the other way around.
