Why do women dump me when I'm being honest?

February 17th, 2010 by admin | Filed in Save My Marriage

I thought women loved and respected honest men? Why do women dump me when I tell them I used to beat my ex wife?
I tell them just because I beat my ex wife doesn’t mean im going to beat her up!
isn’t it better if I tell her and be honest with her now before she finds out about me later and calls me a liar?
my ex wife was a drug addict and she was cheating on me!

if you can do it to one woman you can do it to another. Once an aggressive male, always an aggressive male.
If you get some help and treatment for your anger problems, and it really makes a difference to how you react at times of conflict, and you can convince a new partner that you have changed, maybe someone will give you another chance.

Who’s to say you won’t beat them up? Not even you can be sure of that. I wouldn’t go near you with a ten foot pole if I knew you beat your ex wife.

Well, it’s good that you were honest. But women probably think if you beat your ex, they would be no different. Your honesty is appreciated, I’m sure but, …women don’t want an abusive boyfriend.

    I hope I helped.

Your question is just about as dumb as what you did to your Ex! Get real!!! If you told me that, and we were dating, I’d dump you in a fast minute!

Its really good that you are honest, but be honest about things that dont scare people like your hobbies. A woman wants a man that will protect her, and you dont seem to be in that category if you keep talking about beating your ex wife. Be honest about happy things

You are a peabrain, you know that! If someone tells you that they hit their husband, would you stay with them…considering that you didn’t hit your wife! When you tell them that, they would take a second to think that you might hit them. Maybe you ought to go for some counselling. Seriously dude!

Because that shows that you have a history of an anger problem. Have you been to counseling to get to the root of the anger issue that you have? Did you share that with the women too? If you have not been to counseling, then the women were smart for leaving as soon as you told them because if you have not faced the "why" of it then you are bound to repeat it. It is not the honesty that the women don’t like. It is what you are being honest about that scares them away. You should continue to be honest but don’t forget to be honest with yourself. If you do not get help for your anger issues you are bound to be alone for a long time.

Maybe they are just scared of you. Do you scare them even before you tell them that? Perhaps you have to store up some good Karma before you try for a relationship.

You need to be a little more diplomatic and don’t mention what you did to your ex. That would be a definite turn off. Stop telling them that and just talk about something else. They don’t have to listen to that kind of truth. You can mention that only if you have known the girl for a long time. You need to build up trust first before you give secrets away. Better luck next time.
