After the breakup (serious relationships), do you feel like its actual physical pain in your chest?

I recently had a breakup, as you might expect I am totally devastated by it. And I really feel the pain of it, I mean not actual physical pain but very strong feeling inside my chest. And I keep missing her every single second although its been almost 3 months now.
Is it just me being fanatic… or its something people usually experience !!
PS. just for the record I ain’t a teenager any more and am not acting childish. And I read somewhere that ‘anyone’ can get over ‘anyone’ in a maximum of 90 days.

Well I’ve never had a bad breakup like that but things have happened in my life where I actually felt a strong feeling in my heart. I know exactly what you mean… :/

your depressed its natural after a heart break…depression sum times manifest its self physically..
You aren’t alone with the non-medical chest pains, I had them after a bad break up. It is just a feeling of longing and emptiness; it subsides and disappears eventually.
I don’t know about the whole 90 days thing though. I have no idea what they are basing that time table on, but there is no maximum time frame.
Go see a doctor.

i do feel like that.
not just when i break up with someone, but when i hear they have moved on, or when someone i like is happy with someone else… yeah, it is an actual pain.
