Help mending a broken heart – seriously i hate this feeling?
First off, i ama guy with very few friends, and by that i mean one or two .. i am 18 and i finally got a girlfriend i care about and love with all my heart.. it might seem like not alot of time, we were dating for just over 3 weeks.. and we broke up last night, and i honestly contemplated suicide alot – i wrote the letters ot my mom and the select few who i think care about me. – and i didnt want to kill myself because we broke up, but because my life is horrible, no friends, nothing good to look forawrd to.
teshia(my girlfriends name) texted me and told me she wanted she wanted to talk to work things out..(last night) and i was happy again, and i called her this morning and she didnt seem to want to anymore, she told me she did but she thought something else was going to happen. she said she thought she would leave me for some hockey player who is totally out of her league, she likes him but he has absolutly no interest in her.. and she doesnt see that.. i i called things off
this morning… i have thought about her every second of the day for 3 weeks, i have gotten no sleep since weve been dating – i always looked forward to seeing her.. i am really devestated, and its not like i can just go pick up another girl, im not that type of guy – - -anyone have some advice that they have used that might help..

Time will help you deal with this. Get out and meet some people, you are young with your whole life ahead of you. Things will get better and you will find the person that is meant for you. Breakups are hard but it is something everyone has to go through. Try to find some friends that have the same interests as you, it is hard but not impossible. My sister was a loner growing up, very artsy and unlike most teenage girls, she was always depressed because she thought she was an outsider, once out of high school she found a job in the art community and made friends she fit with and now couldn’t be happier. You will find what you are here for, just don’t give up. Take the one or two friends you have now and schedule some fun activities for you to do to take your mind off stuff.

Right … i know you will ignore what i say and do what you want in the end, but if you can try and do what i say then it will help you in the end. You say you have one or two friends, well arrange things with them this weekend, go out, have fun and try and forget about her. She is only going to end up being with you until something better comes along for her. She sounds like a user. Try and keep yourself busy, start up a hobbie and get yourself fit and sexy … then keep going out and i promise you will find someone else and she will be much better than your ex.
There are nice girls out there, you just need to search for them.

Hey man take shit, slow, maby take a day to kick it with a guy friend or two, smoke a blunt or three. Just take some time to enjoy life, I picked up biking when i was having problems with a girl, and i still bike as much as i can to this day, find something positive that will fill your time and still improve yourself, and seriously smoke a blunt.,
First of all I’ve been where you are sweetheart and I thought about ending it all when I got my first heartache. It is possibly one of the worst ways to feel in life.
But it is not the end of the world. Now I don’t know how life is for you in general so I really can’t judge but there are people who have it much worse (from what you’ve listed).
There are people with terminal illnesses waiting to die….
There are people with no job, no money, no food & no home trying to survive….
There are people who have lost their families and would give anything to have them back!
Its a tough world out there babe and we all get hurt sometimes…but it is how you get up from that fall that makes it all worth the experience.
I know your going through pain right now, but don’t end it all here.
Life is beautiful, you have just got to find the beauty in yours.
And when you do, hold on to it. It will get you through the hard times.
