Do you think a girl would like these poems? i am 14 years old and wrote these poems for a girl i like.?
Poem # 1
I think of myself
Then I think of you
I wonder what I will ever do
I want to impress you
I want you to know
That i have always cared for you so
Whenever I see you
I see your face
I see the smile that gives you grace
Even if there’s no smile
I still see a smirk
Even when at times I am acting like a jerk
It makes me happy to see you smile
And it tells me that you are glad for a while
But when there is no smile
And it changes into a frown
I want to turn it around
And make you smile
So you can be happy
And exited to see me
When your day has been crappy
So if I am ever with you
I want you to know
That I will always make your face glow
I will give you that smile
The one that rests upon your face
The one that gives you your beauty
Your elegance
And your grace
I will make you happy
And you will always know
That I will always care for you so.

If I could make a wish
For the better
I would wish for me and you to be together
Because you are my chest that’s full of treasure
Always so happy
Always so kind
You always manage to blow my mind
I am always happy
When you are around
That is why I must hunt you down
So I will never be sad
Or have my face in the ground
I play and I run
I laugh and have fun
Whenever I’m with you
I know what I’ve done
I have found that special someone
You are the one that makes me feel good
Without you I’d feel misunderstood
You vanquish the sadness within my soul
Never again will I feel like a fool
Never again will I cry
Or ever feel like I want to die
I will always be happy
And always stay true
If I can forever be with you.
Poem # 3
Every night
Before I go to bed
I think of your face
And your pretty little head
I think of your smile
And I think of your eyes
I think how they glow just like fireflies
Then I lay down in bed
And try to sleep
Thinking of you
I am at peace
Lying in bed
I drift off to sleep
And with you in mind
I begin to dream
You appear as an angel
That has descended from heaven
You had one objective
When you came from the sky
And it was to be with me
Until both of us die
This is a dream that will come true
Whenever I sleep I always see you
You appear as an angel from heaven above
And your main objective
Is to give me love.
Poem # 4
It’s good to hear
And I’m glad to know
That I have always loved you so
From the moment I saw you
I always knew
That all I ever wanted
Was just to be with you
To pick you up when you fall
And make you happy when you are blue
I want to hold you tight in my arms
So that way you will never be harmed
I will keep you safe
And make sure you can escape
If danger ever comes right in front of your face
I will even risk my life
Just to make sure that you are alright
I will always do whatever it takes
Just to be with you and make sure your safe
I will sacrifice all that I have
Just to protect you from anything bad
I will never let you be harmed
Or be in any danger
Just because of some stupid stranger
You are to valuable
Just to let go
So I will keep you secure
And you will always know
That I love you
And I will never let you go.

i like it and im a girl i think she would like them cause it os really sweet
any girl would absolutely love these. you must have spent a lot of time and the girl you wrote these for will definately appreciate them. and if she doesnt, then i dont suggest writing any more for her. she doesnt deserve them if she doesnt see how much work and meaning was put into them.

but depending on what kind of girl she is i think she will deffently love them

awwww! theyre awesome but im not sure how the girl would react if you were all of the suddden to give these to her -unless she likes you back- it might be too fast IMAO

ok, they are way sweet but a tad cheesey. but that can definetly be a good thing depending on how you present them. DO NOT: send them in a text or over the phone. DO NOT: slip it in a locker ( even though thats hard considering its summer) but putting it in a note or locker never works. DO NOT: give this to her, or read it to her in front of her friends, even though its sweet, it WILL embarass her.
DO: meet her in a place like a park, or at a picnic tell her your going as friends to hang out. then when you think the time is right, say something along the lines of "Okay, the real reason I wanted to hang out with you today is that I really like you. Ive been thinking about this for a while and even wrote poems for you. If you want you can read one. Then give ONE to her. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT give her all of them at once!!! chances are it will overwhelm her and make you look needy and desperate. if the first poem works, and you two start going out, give her the next one in a couple of weeks or a month. it remind her why she likes you too. And that way, if things dont work out, you wont have completly poured your heart out to her. good luck
