I need help mending a broken heart…?

Okaii So I REALLY Like this guy I liked him for like 3 years and I had the courage to tell him I liked him. And He said He thought all the girls in class were Ugly…Meaning also Me. I think i’m going to explode soon…I’m good with hiding my pain but only to a certain point and it has like when 120000km after the point. I feel Reckless Like I’m going to do something stupid Because I’m hurt.He said He liked a girl and I kept on buggin him asking him and stuff but he never told. He told me to "f" off. And I feel like its my fault that I screwed our relationship up. I wish I could get him And I wish I could fix this. Please Heavens above try To help me.

Only thing I’ve found so far that helps is this. Find something you like to do, shop, hang out with friends, go out drinking. Whatever makes you happy and you really enjoy. And do this thing as often as you can, that helps a little bit. Also stay busy with work, school or both. Because if your minds on something else it can’t be on him.
