How can you heal a broken heart?

Whether it is yours or someone else’s? Does it just take time and patience and space? There is a woman who is a good friend of mine, and I have fallen in love with her. I am repairing my heart from being in a toxic relationship, and the last dyke who romanced my friend, broke my friend’s heart also. She has told me she doesn’t want to be sexual with me, and I respect that. I just would like insight as to what I could do to help her heal also… or am I doing all that I can?

Unfortunatly this is one of those things in life she has to deal with in her own time. All you can do is be there for her if she needs to talk. Let her know you care about her and you are there is she needs you. It is the hardest thing to see someone you love hurt like that.

I’m feeling really low again, I had a phone call with my ex..
I’m crying my eyes out right now..
She cheated on me 5 times in a row,
and she basically blames me for her cheating, and makes
me do all the work if we were to get back together.
She is a dumb bitch who wont take full responsibility as an adult.
Shes fking 39 years old, and seems to me she already replaced me
with someone younger.

get a life. stop being so touchy and feely and pathetic. you want to help her…the reason people don’t get over broken hearts is they don’t have the power to stop suffering…so they deserve to suffer according to nature….you want to help your friend…give her friend who isn’t so pathetic…make her responsible, make her deal with life as it is not as she wants it to be and stop being so ass kissing..its really an insult and hurts your friend to think some guy is hanging around who is a "get boy" which means the only guy friends she gets are wimps…THAT IS BAD FOR HER DO YOU GET IT ….GET BOY….Now if you must be nice come over and rub my feet, get me chocholates…got people will turn you into a slave and you’d let them…..GET A FFFFING LIFE! IT WILL HELP US ALL
