How to come out of pain , because of breakup in a love relationship?

i feel more pain because of breakup with my girlfriend + lover. where ever i go i used to feel about her. i used to forget myself and being in that pain. hurting myself in many ways.
pls suggest me some idea to come out of this Situation. really i am going mad because of her. but she is other way round. she is behaving like a very new persion to me.

Keep yourself busy, either at work, hobbies, or anything that stops you having time to think about it. Don’t go to places that you went to together, don’t listen to music that reminds you of her, do new things in new places.
Time is your worst enemy..do anything that you enjoy and soon you’ll forget and start a new life.
Believe me I’ve been there!
Take your mind off her. Play video games, go out with friends. I found working out to be great for this.

You wake up each morning, put one foot in front of the other and carry on your day. Do this day after day and eventually it will get easier for you.
You can speed it up by finding someone else but be prepared, once you fall in love with someone you never really stop loving them. A part of you will alwasy be with them. Unless, of course, they were a jerk to you.

i know this can be very difficult to get over and to get on with your life.
i think you may need to enagage in some activities that make you feel good, like helping someone, or enjoying yourself, or achieving something important in your career, go out with friends, spend time with your family. anything or several of these, or whatever you were passionate about.
