How do I make this girl fall in love with me again?

Im thirteen. I know it might seem like young love, but I love this girl more than anything in the world. Me and her have been best friends for about two years. She tells me that she loves me, wants to be with me, and that I’m different than all the other guys. But she keeps going out with other guys. I’ve already asked her out, and she said no, because we were different than we used to be. How do I get things back to how they used to be, and how do I make her fall in love again?

well… first of all thats really sweet, how you love her so much.
but you cant make her fall in love with you. all you can do is tell her how much she means to you, how much you care about her and how you will always be there for her. and hope she’ll feel the same way.

I think she sees you as a best friend nothing more. You cant make someone love you, they have to feel it themselves. You really love her, but i am not sure she feels the same.
