Is it normal to feel pain this bad after a breakup?

When I am home now I feel like I have a vagina(I’m a guy). I now this sounds a bit odd but my testicles don’t have any feeling anymore. Tomorrow is the last day I am going to let this kind of pain continue. If it is possible I will find a way to *Snip Snip* if you get the picture.
Do you think this is a good idea?
Will it help me get over her?
