This is your fight or flight response to sadness…That’s what makes great music these days, as people use words in rhymes to let it out…Don’t worry, the answer is there, and you are trying to describe it through rhyme…

may be that u r trying to express urself not just like that but maybe ur inner self is telling u to be more sophisticated in telling ur feelings to others so that they atleast make an effort to understand u better.
    different people hav different expressions.

Considering we desire the good things in life; happiness, joy, peace, and love, when we run into obstacles it is very natural to escape(take a different route). Writing poems may do for you what achohol or drugs do for someone else. When you run into sadness or pain in life, it’s natural to seek out some other source that gives you value. That source can add value by either giving you the good things(peace, love, etc.) or it can add value by numbing pain and sadness. Either way, the escape is desired because of the value one gains. Any escape from unhealthy pain that adds real value to your life is healthy. Unfortunately, most escapes do not add such value. Most escapes are merely band-aids that deaden pain on the surface but then end up hurting more later. Like endulging in drugs. On the surface, it feels good and provides a wonderful escape but can lead to much bigger pain after the initial warm and fuzzy feeling is gone. I think your poem writing can be very healthy and is your way of expressing your feelings. Your poems may prove to be even more valuable if you go back and read what you wrote after the fact when you’re in a good mood again. They could give you a different perception and possibly expose some of the answers you were not able to find in your mind or head previously.

Everyone expresses their feelings in different ways. When I’m sad I tend to withdraw myself even though its not necessarily the best way to go about it. Others may write music, write poems (as yourself), write blogs, exercise, talk on the phone, etc. These are just some of the coping mechanisms used by many individuals.
