I’ve been in a relationship since highschool. She’s actually my first and only girl friend ever.
So we’ve been together for more then 5 Years…
The relationship seems fine and everyday is the same. A few stupid fights here N there, but we get along great most of the time, and I love her. All is good.
But recently my emotions are getting to me. My friends are hooking up with girls that they’ve had crushes on, people are getting married, and other friends are just living the single life up. They come over and hang out and my guy friends bring over just amazingly beautiful girls! Making out in front of me and I just can’t help but envy them. Being young wild and free, but I’m feeling locked down. As if I’m married and old…we as a couple don’t go out enough, don’t make love ever, and she always has to bust in the room and spew negativity. I love her, but she’s so lazy and full of drama.

She’s gained alot of weight since we’ve been together, which seems to make thing worse. She’s gotta be 250 now!?? I’m not shallow and actually like thicker built women, but I honestly don’t feel like ive ever been with a real woman ever!!! My girl is so out of touch and uninterested in me, it’s like I’m lonley.

I’m kinda a clean cut nice guy and girls always smile and say I’m really cute and a great guy, but them go home with one of my dweeby friends and bang.

I’m just having that feeling of regret and wondering if I’m doing the right thing and keeping this relationship going when deep deep down Im jealous of my friends all doing what they really want to do and dating girls and being young and wild.

I just feel lost….anyone know what I mean… Advice?

We broke up a month ago…he broke up with me actually…too much stuff went down…i thought he was cheating or about to, so i kicked him out. Some of his stuff is still here…today i called after a month and said you have until wed. to pick it up, thats it. Then something told me to call him back. So i did, i asked if he was busy tonight, he said he had to go to sleep early for work…he said what about tomorrow…i think well meet for coffee…im just looking for closure…he really hurt me bad…i know i hurt him too…but according to his friend he was always flirting around and he did ask a girl out on myspace…some of my guy friends were asking me out…maybe he was jealous? He said no…anyway…how can i show him im strong and have moved on…and make him a little curious and regret letting me go?

What can I do to get my ex-boyfriend back? We have been broken up for three weeks (we broke up just in time for summer- I think he wants to spend time with his guy friends since they are all single) and he has gotten drunk and hooked up with someone else already. He said he still loves me but that it doesn’t feel the same between us. Should I just leave him alone and hope he misses me? Any input would be great. Thanks!

You may have asked all kinds of different people how do I get my ex girlfriend back? Most people will just tell you that there’s nothing you can do, and it’s up to the woman to change her mind. These breakups are usually the result of a guy not knowing a good thing when he has it. There have been any number of ridiculous reasons why relationships have ended.

Some of the craziest reasons I’ve heard my guy friends say they dumped their girl for are

1. Having a poor fashion sense
2. Having an overly protective mother
3. They started to get signals from a cute waitress at a restaurant they frequent

While it’s understandable for a guy to get turned around when a different women starts to show interest, and it’s often said that a woman will end up turning out like their mother, what’s the sense in dropping a good girl because you don’t like the clothes she wears? If this was the criteria of finding a mate, then our species wouldn’t have ever made it to this point. Behind every good man there is a woman, be it their mother who raised them up and then later their wife.

One piece of advice I always give my guy friends who are having second thoughts is to make a list before they do anything drastic. On one part of the list go through all of the good points in the relationship. Is she interesting to talk to? Does she take good care of your needs? Does she cook and feed you every day? Does she find you interesting and funny? Are you physically and mentally attracted to her?

On another part of the list put all the things that are giving you doubt. Does she nag you about little things like leaving the toilet seat up? Is she not as affectionate as she used to be? Do you not talk as much as you used to?

While it may seem a bit cold to break a relationship down into good and bad parts, the ultimate goal it usually has is helping you realize exactly what you would lose. You need to really think hard about your decision and take the contents of the list seriously before you act. This is especially helpful if you’re acting on impulse because of one particular event. It’s easy to regret a decision and end up feeling unbearably lonely. Loneliness however is not a reason to get back together in itself.

If you find yourself in the situation that you ended a relationship with a woman that you’re seriously regretting, you need to act quickly. Great woman are hard to find nowadays. Finding one that is willing to accept you for who you are is not something that should be taken for granted.

Take a piece of advice given by Richard Gere’s book and bring some romance back into her life. Be thoughtful in a gift for her. Don’t just send her roses, but instead send her a bouquet of her favorite flowers. Include a handwritten letter than tells you how much you miss her, and what she means to you. Take her out to her favorite restaurant and treat her like the amazing person she is. By showing thought and compassion in the way you treat her, you won’t need to be asking how do I get my ex girlfriend back.

Ughhh so i got this girl stuck in my head and I’ve been writing poems and listening to all these gay songs just thinking about her. But i promised myself that tonight would be the last night. So does anybody know any good love/sad love songs for me to hear? I like stuff like the reason by hoobastank, when you’re gone, keep holding on and stuff like that. Biggest and best list gets 10 pts. Well i wrote her love poems and i was the best i could for her and i didn’t see her for about 3 months then she comes to my neighborhood and instead of calling me up to go see her, she calls one of guy friends. Yeah, i have no idea what they did and idc anymore o well. But tonight will be the last night i’ll think about her, write poems about her and listen to songs about her.
