was with this guy for almost two years and he demolished my car in november after losing his job in october and hasn’t worked since. i still love him but it was very hard for me and told him several times he could leave…he never did. till recently he had gotten like 700 dollars now hes gone and i am broken hearted i waited for 5 months for him to get a job and because of a little pressure to get one hes gone…confused and broken hearted….what shall i do? i can’t eat or sleep went to the store and felt weird cause he’s always gone with me everywhere. help me to recover from my broken heart!!

i dated this guy, lets call him Frank, we dated fer a few days over a month,i was 16 and he was 18. im currently 17 and he is still 18. he was my first everything, from hand holding to kissing to sex. then he randomly became mean so i couldn’t take it and broke up with him. its been about 8 months since our breakup and i have a new amazing boyfriend who treats me like gold. but all the time i randomly start thinking about my ex and i talk about him a lot, even to my boyfriend. me and ‘frank" never talk. and if we do, he is saying something mean (like im ugly and he never loved me) but he used to always say i was beautiful and stuff. he has a girlfriend now. and ive seen him once these past 8 months, and when i saw him he kept looking at me. my friends say he probably still loves me and wants me back. but it doesn’t show because he hasn’t said one nice word to me since the breakup. another bad thing is that about a month after me and him broke up, i dated his brother to get him jealous, and frank forced him to break up with me! i wanna know either, how to get him back, how to figure out why he hates me, if he still loves me.
its been 8 months. im dying here.

About a month ago, my Ex and I broke up to see what else was out there. I’m still pretty hurt from it, especially since she told me shes "hanging out" with another guy, who she says is just someone fun and completely different than her normal type. She says she still misses me and that she hasn’t moved on, only that hes a nice guy. If you ask me it sounds like the classic rebound guy… completely different from me and is helping her fill my void.
I called her last week and told her its too hard for me to be her friend, when I still have a tremendous amount of feelings for her. She said if thats what I needed to do then alright, but that she really does want me in her life because im still her best friend. I told her too bad, it was obvious she had moved on in only a matter or a week or two.
Im just curious why rebound relationships involve someone completely different than the last partner. I have my college degree, a good solid job and am only 23 years old. Now shes interested in a 26 year old police man who is covered in tattoos and almost bald. Ladies help me out?
