I just ended a four year relationship four days ago and I can’t stop thinking about him. I want him back or else I think I do…..he started talking to this girl over the internet from Ohio three months ago and says that he is in love with her she is married and hasnt told her husband about my ex..they havent even met wtf….how can I get him back what do i do…HELP…my life feels like its over

i went out with this guy for like a month and he finally came to me and said …i love you…i was amazed and so happy he felt that way …well within the week he broke up with me a total of 3 times and said we should just be friends!!whats up with that …he said he loved me and it was that easy to let me go? on our 1st and 2nd break up we went back out the next day, but now its been a week and he hasnt called nor tried to get me back!! what can I do !!ill take anything !!!any advice plz help me
