i am SO sprung over my ex, we have dated twice, both almost lasted a month … ive liked him for almost 2 years now, he has a girlfriend, its almost 2 months if not longer that they’ve been dating, i herd that he told on of his friends that he dosnt and then his friend stopped talking , so idk! but i really have a past with this guy, and i really need help. idk what to do? HELP!

i was in a short 2 month relationship with a guy when i was 16 and he was 21. he was very emotionally, verbally, and somewhat sexually abusive. though it only lasted for 2 months before i got the guts to break up with him i still have nightmares that he is comeing for me and its been over a year since i have seen or herd from him. i also have not been able to date because evertime the thought comes up i think about my ex.

are there any good self help books on recovering from a relationship like that?
