One of my best friends and his girlfriend are long distance (college and HS). She wanted to take a break, so they did. I guess they’re getting back together. But I don’t want him to get hurt. I think he cares about her more (she’s a year older.) What’s the chance that they’ll stay together?

I currently have a 2 year old son. I am pregnant with my second child. My boyfriend and I are going through some trials and I don’t think that we are going to last much longer. I had a very hard time after having my son because I was raising him alone. (Well, not completely alone, one of my best friends was with me the entire time. And I love her for that.) I don’t know if I can handle taking care of two kids at this point in my life. I decided to go back to school, and it would be very difficult with a toddler and a newborn. After having the baby, I would like my future ex boyfriend to keep him or her. Does that make me a bad mother?
