So I and I my ex lover broke up 2 months ago after dating for more than a year . She immediately fell for my close friend which jutted me a lot but I understand that he’s just her rebound. Now theyare not dating anymore because she realized she still loves me so much ( she still likes my close friend a lot but doesn’t wanna hurt him) . We talked yesterday and finally had sex again. However , I realize that she still doesn’t wanna settle down with me . What should I do to get her back ???

Hello, a year ago, i broke off a 3 year relationship. The breakup was pretty bad; lots of crying and lots of drama. Then I started dating this guy shortly after the break up (in few weeks, or maybe a month). That relationship lasted for 9 months and the break up was mutual; we are still good friends. So I am convinced that, that relationship was a rebound. Now, few weeks after this break up, i’m starting to date again…would you consider this a rebound too? Is it too early to date again, even though i have moved on emotionally?

I know rebounds help you feel better after a breakup.. but if your rebound is just that – a rebound and nothing more, will the pain of the original breakup eventually come back to you? or will you just skip past the pain because of the rebound..
what about once you decide to leave the rebound.. will you feel the pain of your original break up then? or will you be over it by then?

any opinions/experiences with rebounds and rebounding?
