I am so hurt right now, and I just need to figure out how to feel better.

My ex boyfriend is from missouri, his entire family lives there but he moved out to maryland and stayed with his aunt and uncle for a year where i live. I met him when he first moved out here and we fell in love and were together a year and a half.

but about a month or two ago he broke up with me through a text message and moved back to missouri without even saying goodbye.

I am so hurt, I cry every single day and no matter what I do or how active I stay I cant ever feel better about it at all.

He wont even talk to me, he wont tell me why he left me at all and never even said sorry once,

He was the only person that I have ever loved and the only person that I ever felt like I fit in with. I still dont know what I did wrong and i ask my self why every day,
why I wasnt good enough for him,

I feel like I will never ever meet anyone like him, he was my bestfriend in the entire world, we did everything together,

we even took a trip in the summer to missouri just me and him to see his family, I had the best time of my life just riding through mountains and sight seeing with him,

I just want him to come back, but hes not,

someone PLEASE tell me how to feel better,

I dont want to cry myself to slee anymore.

I’m 24 years old and my girlfriend of three years recently dumped me via text message. Her reasoning was she was too busy with school and work to have time for a relationship, which I can understand but it hurts nonetheless. Not sure how best to deal with this loss because I was really starting to have some serious love for this one and now it’s just over. I’m just looking for any helpful advice. Like do I give her time, ignore her, call or not call, delete her number/facebook, wait it out and hope she’s realized it was a mistake?

i am a 25 year old with a 4 year old son and a baby on the way. my wife found out i was cheating on her when she looked through my text message history. i confessed to having an affair. i was never a great husband in the first place , could never seem to make wife happy and when things seemed to be starting to be going better she found out i was texting hundreds of messages a day for the past few months. my wife is pregnant with our second child that we were both looking forward to. i want to do what ever i possibly can to salvage our marriage but i dint know what to do to make it work because she is heart broken and will not forgive me for what i’ve done. she doesn’t believe that i love her. how can i prove to her that love her and make her take me back.

I have been seeing my current boyfriend for going on a year and I heva a sick feeling that he is going to keep running back to his ex.
I have found emails where he is telling her how much he loves her. I also found a text message from her saying how " I feel asleep waiting for you last night". Would you be curious to know what they mean. When you can’t remember what it is you did for them that they like so much and thought was amazing. But remember you have not spoke to them for a while. And out of the blues they send that message.

I don’t know what to do.
He hasn’t even broken up with me yet. D: But he sent me a text message yesterday, saying he had bad news and wanted to tell me in person.
I’m thinking that his parents are making him break up with me. :/ I’m pretty sure, actually. (They don’t like our 3-year age difference.) Unless he’s moving somewhere, but.. that’s unlikely.
I’ve been crying all day. Everything I look at/hear/smell reminds me of him. :/ The worst thing is how stupid I was – I trusted him so much, he fed me such sappy lies – "we’ll be together forever," "I love you," "I’ll wait for you if you wait for me," etc. And I believed him! Damn, I’m a fool.
I can’t concentrate on anything! x.x I’m.. well, frankly, I’m miserable.
Help? I’m not going to be able to get anything done when I’m sobbing like this.
