Just need some remedies on getting over an ex after a long term relationship and a bad break up. And I don’t want tips involving anything sexual or another relationship. Just thoughts or pick me ups, or similar.

me and this boy have been through break ups and so on but only because we don’t live close to each other. Which means we didn’t break up because we don’t love each other anymore because i love him so much and i know he really loves me too and my friends always tell me that its obvious he still has feelings for me. I haven’t told my friends i still like him because i knew i wouldnt get back together with him anytime now ..however he should be moving to my school september and i would DEFFINATELY get back with him then! Even though we broke up we still flirted and would talk until half 5 in the morning online!! and we would tell each other we love each other still. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN he has a new girlfriend ..it broke my heart when i found out but it don’t even seem like he likes her that much. I know we will always have feelings for each other NO DOUBT! And i know he likes me way more than this other girl. I don’t want to talk to him about it because it might just make matters worse and push him futher away! which i couldnt bare! i need advice for instance should i do myself up? lol and make myself irreristable to him :L or should i try making him jelous? Once this girl is gone who does not seem like a nice person i will be able to talk to him properly again. Please help me get him back i miss him sooooooooo much! My heart cant take no more and i know i just can’t get over him! I’ve been trying to for months!!

Broke 7 moths ago and we have talked at least every month or saw each other. I still have major feelings for him and he says he sometimes does for me too. Once while he was wasted he told me he thought we should get back together. I don’t know who was speaking him or the alcohol but he said it. We also have hooked up alot since breaking up. Does he still have feelings for me or are all these hook ups just using me ? Should I try and get him back? If so how??

I really don’t get why women who reject men or women who dump men then turn around and say "but we can still be friends" or in the case of the horrible friend zone "i don’t see you that way; but we can still be friends" why don’t women understand that to many men, who ask women out a friendship is nothing more than a consolation prize…i mean why the hell would you be friends with a woman if theres no chance of getting sex? They don’t share the same interests as men, they nag, they whine, etc…so whats in it for the guy? The girl uses him for emotional support and to whine about the bad boy thug she is screwing….is it no surprise men don’t want to settle for just friends…and whats with the break ups? You dump a guy romantically and have the NERVE to think he should still want to be your friend? You don’t often see men telling a girl "i don’t want to have sex with you; but lets be friends" or "i don’t see you that way; but id like to use you as an emotional tampon" it only seems to be a WOMAN thing…So why is it women cant understand that if a guy is interested in you he DOESN’T want the consolation prize??

PS NO IM NOT BITTER—I just dont understand this clearly illogical aspect of women.
