So my ex and I broke up a little while ago and I went about getting him back in completely the wrong way. I broke the cardinal rule and continued talking to him all the time and telling how much he hurt me, I missed him, and how much I think we belong together. Obviously this didn’t work because he basically saw that he still had me without needing to actually be with me. How do I turn this around and make him come back? Is it too far gone?

I know this question has been posted a thousand times, but it just seems close to impossible to get over my ex. The breakup was about 4 months ago, we dated for a little over 3 years. We even talked about giving our relationship a 2nd chance but then he admitted to only talking about it to "be nice". I really miss him and the hardest part is that my head knows he does not feel the same way for me but my heart feels that he would not act the way he does if he did not care for me (he still comes over to help me fix things, take my dog out when I can’t get home, etc). I don’t think he is sending "mixed messages", I just think he is being nice and I am taking it the wrong way. How can I stop thinking that everything he does is a sign of love and start getting over him?
I have gone on a few dates with other people and they just made me realize how much I miss my ex.
I know you guys are all right, cutting ties like that just sucks

Ok so me and this amazing person were dating for 4 months and things were great! We were always with each other and things were never wrong… We got into little arguments but always ended up making up afterwords! But things changed and he lost his feelings for me so we broke up. A month later school started and we realized we still liked each other so we decided to give us another try. And well were dating again and its been a couple weeks and things are just weird and kinda awkward. I don’t know what to do and I really love him!
